Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gravix Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Service Description

Gravix Cloud provides real-time communication infrastructure including video calls, audio calls, video rooms, audio rooms, live streaming, meetings, and group calls, sold on usage-based pricing.

Acceptable Use

• You must not use the service for illegal activities
• You must not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
• You must not send spam or unsolicited communications
• You must not reverse engineer or decompile our software
• You are responsible for all content transmitted via the service

Pricing and Billing

Pricing is usage-based as described on our pricing page. You are billed monthly for actual usage. Overages on free tier are billed at the Starter rate. Enterprise pricing is negotiated separately.

Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for Starter and Professional plans, and 99.999% for Enterprise. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding the SLA. See our SLA page for details.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content transmitted via the service. We retain all rights to the Gravix Cloud platform, SDKs, and documentation.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain longer.

Limitation of Liability

Gravix Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
